Product Swap - Glyph Monsterrrr!

MrsStanfordsClass
This is my first ever product swap and I am SOO excited about it! I was lucky enough to be partnered with Katie Smith over at Adventures of Ms. Smith! I checked out her TpT store and found EXACTLY what I needed...something adorable and perfect for the first week of school!
I am always looking for cute ways to decorate the walls of my room or the hallway outside of my room during that first week. Am I the only one who feels that stressful need to get my first student-work bulletin board up and running as soon as I can?! It is always kind of a "stress" because I feel like I need to think of something the kids can do that will turn out super cute once on the wall.
SEARCH NO MORE!
This monster and alien glyph is the CUTEST thing EVER!
What elementary student doesn't enjoy monsters and aliens?!

This packet includes a cover page with a final product image, and 2 separate glyphs (a monster and an alien!) One glyph requires construction paper and stencils (as seen in picture below, the stencils are included), while the other can be completed with colored pencils, markers, or crayons!
There is a glyph for any kind of day or amount of time! One will take a while and allow kids to get to know each other while they create them...while the other will be completed more quickly and requires much less materials! GREATNESS!
Below you can see the start of my little alien! I am a girl...so mine is BLUE !
I just love this little alien! How cute is that?!
What is funny is, I found myself smiling while I was making this little guy. Arts and crafts are the BEST!
Four legs for my FOUR awesome sisters!
Look HOW CUTE !!! I am so obsessed with this! I can't wait to hang mine up when the students are done making theirs! This way, they can learn about me, too!
Then I colored my monsterrrrr !
I only had markers, so I apologize it's not the best coloring.
Don't you just smile when looking at the cyclops with a backwards hat? I DOO
I even added polka dots to mine because I am "excited for the new school year", as the glyph states.
My little final products are the greatest guys ever! They are going to look super cute when they are created by students, and I cannot wait to see how theirs turn out. I am so relieved that I do not have to look for anything to do on that first day of school. This is a great ice-breaker and get-to-know-you activity. I am SOOO excitedddd !
YAY monsters and aliens!!
Thanks Katie for this
I CANNOT WAIT to use it !!
Go check out The Adventures of Ms. Smith to find out what Katie made from my TpT store!
